NEWS FLASH
Montenegro Airlines will launch charter flights between Podgorica and Tehran on March 28. It comes after the carrier concluded an agreement with Iranian tour operator Negin Parvaz Pars last November. Flights will run once per week. Montenegro Airlines will become the first carrier from the former Yugoslavia to operate services to Iran since international sanctions imposed on the Middle Eastern country were lifted in 2016. The charter service will primarily cater for high-end Iranian holidaymakers who will be staying at the Splendid and Avala hotels on the Montenegrin coast.
