Arkia to launch Ohrid charters

Wednesday, October 14, 2015

Arkia Israel Airlines has confirmed plans to launch charter flights from Tel Aviv to Ohrid next summer season following talks with the Agency for the Promotion and Support of Macedonian Tourism and airport operator TAV. The two weekly charter flights will launch on June 1, 2016. The service will cater for Israeli tourists who will be offered holiday packages in Macedonia. This summer, Ohrid saw the introduction of seasonal flights to London Luton and year-long services to Basel, operated by Wizz Air. The airport has confirmed that the London route will resume at the start of the 2016 summer season.
