Croatia Airlines will launch a new seasonal summer service between Pula and Zurich. Flights will operate once per week, each Wednesday, from July 13 until August 31. The new route will complement the airline's existing network from Pula which includes Zagreb and Zadar, as well as Amsterdam and Frankfurt during the summer months. Further flight details for the new Zurich service can be found here.
that will make 18 weekly OU flights from PUY this summer
ReplyDelete18 flights per week, out of what 13 to ZAG and ZAD. And ZAG - PUY is just 260 km. Same distance as BEG - INI. One more example how ASL have no excuse for not to service INI.
ReplyDeleteYou might be forgetting that Pula is on the sea and a very popular tourist destinations. Nis on the other hand....
DeleteAs a born and bred "Nišlija" I agree that there is no need for ASL flights from Niš either via BEG or direct to another destination as they are too expensive and BEG is not that far away. Niš needs more low cost destinations primarily and the only legacies which would make sense are Turkish to Istanbul (great connections) and Austrian to Vienna (high P2P demand + connections)
ReplyDeleteThat would take traffic away from BEG and JU. Why should the government allow that?
