Air Serbia hiring crew

Just two months in from its last recruitment drive, Air Serbia is again hiring new cabin crew members. Interested applicants must apply online, after which an assessment day invitation will be issued to shortlisted candidates. Those interested must be Serbian citizens and have a valid Serbian passport, a minimum high school diploma and must be fluent in written and spoken English. Applications must be lodged by April 12.     Either they announce at least 5 new planes coming to the fleet or ill be utterly disappointed

      I think it has to do with the fact that a large number of crew are leaving and they constantly need new ones. But I would like your prediction to come true.

      Large number of crew are NOT leaving, turnover is quite normal for a carrier of this size...

      Why would they stay when JU is dumb enough not to give them permanent positions, rather a one year contract and a license for FA on A319/320. They gain some skills and go to EK or EY and get 5 times more money and a chance to see the world.

      Have you ever seen EK/EY FA that's like 60 years old? No? Because they don't exist. Because EK and others will kick those naïve FA's out after couple of years. And then what? You think you'll get your old job back?
