LOT Polish Airlines Embraer RJ145
The Polish national carrier, LOT will commence new direct services from Warsaw to Belgrade, starting May 4. The carrier has received landing and departure slots from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and is awaiting a final approval from the Serbian Civil Aviation Directorate which is expected to be granted within the next week. After many years of trying to gain a license to fly to Serbia (for the first time since the late 1980s), the Polish carrier is expected to succeed this time. Flights will be operated 5 times per week using the 48 seat Embraer 145 aircraft.The flight times have been conveniently placed for passengers from Belgrade to connect to LOT’s South American destinations – New York, Chicago and Toronto.
