Montenegro Airlines to launch Zagreb flights

Montenegro Airlines to introduce Zagreb service this June

Montenegro Airlines is set to launch flights from Podgorica to Zagreb this June, signalling the start of its cooperation with Croatia Airlines. The Montenegrin carrier will operate three weekly year-long flights to the Croatian capital, with an early morning departure from Podgorica and an afternoon return service from Zagreb. This will allow Montenegro Airlines to feed Croatia Airlines’ network, connecting onto the latter’s flights to Brussels, Copenhagen, Munich and Amsterdam. Montenegro Airlines’ CEO, Daliborka Pejović, says her airline will establish a codeshare partnership with its Croatian counterpart on the above-mentioned routes. “Preparations for this service launch come as a result of serious talks between us and Croatia Airlines, with whom we want to establish successful, long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation”, Ms. Pejović says.

According to Montenegro Airlines, the new service will result in improved connectivity between the two neighbouring countries, as well as an expansion on the market, which both carriers are working towards. Croatia Airlines will provide logistical support for the new route, while Montenegro Airlines has been offered incentives from Zagreb Airport, such as service discounts, in order to kick-start the new service. The Montenegrin carrier faces no competition on the route. Croatia Airlines suspended its three weekly flights between the two capital cities back in 2013 due to low demand. Montenegro Airlines becomes the fourth airline to announce new flights to Zagreb this year, following Air Croatia, Swiss International Air Lines and Brussels Airlines.

Montenegro Airlines’ CEO believes the new route to Zagreb and the carrier’s cooperation with its Croatian counterpart will assist it in better positioning the carrier against increased competition. “Despite the strong competition from 47 airlines operating flights to our airports, Montenegro Airlines still holds a 40% passenger share of all arrivals and departures in the country. It can be concluded that in spite of growing competition, Montenegro Airlines has managed to maintain its position due to its diverse approach to business and a well developed route network”, Ms. Pejović says.

      I wish YM good luck with those flights, but 3 flights per week is nowhere near enough to attract transfer passengers. It has to be at least a daily service to be able do so.

    The US Department of Transportation has fined Southwest Airlines 1.6 million USD for long waits for passengers in planes on the runway. In a statement, Southwest pointed to severe weather it said hampered its efforts in the incident. The 1.6 million USD penalty is the largest to date out of the 17 such fines it has issued, the department said. According to the department, Southwest's crew scheduling system malfunctioned January 2-3, 2014, triggering a staff shortage that, together with a severe winter storm, led to the delays.

    Now, let me remind you about incident in Air Serbia flight to Podgorica where passengers were fight against crew not to allowed them to exit plane after one hour on ground without airborne, which ends with police intervention in plane.

      Doesn't meter. It is not normal to leave passengers in plane for one hour without any information and possibility to go out. They were sanctioned 1,6 million (not several hundreds, but 1,6 million) for 3 hours stay in plane, and for sure one hour on plane without any information or reaction is not normal practise and not good service to passengers.

      Air Serbia made some huge and more than good changes, and made much better company than Jat was. But communication with passengers, dealing the passengers problems and how Air Serbia treats their passengers are definitely the worst in company, and far away from standards of other companies. Passengers are those they depends on, they should be centre of their interest and incidents like Cologne-Dusseldorf rerouting without support, Podgorica rerouting and no support incident, not respond to reclamations concerning lost baggage, missing information in case of huge delays, no support in case of missing connections, police incident on Podgorica flight… for sure are not something company should do, and is not on level of service Air Serbia try to make as modern transit company with high image.

      Of course it is police incident if police intervene inside plane by call of crew. For sure it is not good relation between passengers and crew if crew find necessary to call the police. As you can see in some western countries that is sanctioned by law, so for sure it should not be regular practise in Air Serbia.

      In Podgorica incident there was also police involved, and several times we saw incidents on edge to become „police meter“. But I did not say that regular practice is to call police, but that Air Serbia regular practise is to ignore passengers. And for sure that is not good. This ignoration is sanctioned by several rules in EU and USA.

      You want to tell me that crew did not call police even as that was reported by several media, and that police come to plane just by chance. They were walking around and say „hey, let us see what happens in that particular plane“. Come on…

      INN question is why Air Serbia gives us reason to spit on them. They should not, especially in passengers treatment who should be centre of their affords.

      INN ljudi sa imenom i prezimenom nisu dobili odgovore 4 i više meseci na njihove pritužbe. Mnogo je 4 dana, nedopustivo 4 sedmice, a 4 meseca se ne dešava ni u Africi.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom kojima se nije htelo da dade hotel kada su izgubili konekcije radi kašnjenja nego ih se ostavilo da čekaju na svoja zakonska prava nekoliko časova.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom koji su bez informacija istovareni u Podgorici i ostavljeni da čekaju milost kada će ponovo da krenu za Beograd, a gde su avioni nakon toga išli stihijski i bez ikakvog reda oko toga tko će da bude ukrcan i kada. Nije im se obezbedilo niti jelo, niti piće, pa čak ni informacija.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom kojima je otkazan let iz Sarajeva kod code-share parnera i nisu imali kome da se obrate radi rerutiranja nego su čekali na aerodromu satima.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom koji su rerutirani u Dusseldorf iz Colognea i ostavljeni na parkingu jer im nitko ije umeo da kažu što da onda rade.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom koji nisu dobili uslugu business klase iz Stockholma i nitko im mesecima nije hteo da to prizna i naknadi pa su morali kompaniju da tuže.

      Ljudi imenom i prezimenom koji su čekali u avionu sat vremena bez da im je iko išta rekao ili im se uoće obratio pa su se pobunili i posada pozvala policiju.

      Malo li je ignorancije i neprofesionalizma za samo godinu dana staru kompaniju i svega 2 miliona putnika?

I mean police came because it was not good situation, it could not be settled by crew, there was ignorance to passengers and that was not first time.     19. The police had to come because certain passengers were becoming a threat to the security of those around them, especially since some of them were showing signs of violence.

      So the fact that the supervisor had to call the police was the right thing to do. There was nothing wrong with it. The sad thing is that a few primitive idiots forced the entire aircraft to deplane.
      What I don't get is that according to you the crew was supposed to deal with them even if the situation could have become physical?

      Kao prvo- za desavanja u vezi letova JA SJJ-BEG-SJJ kriv je iskljucivo JA. Stavise, svi putnici koji su u ASLu uzeli kartu a leteli B&H Airlinesom dobili su pomoc od ASLa i bili ukrcani na let ASLa iz SJJ za BEG i suprotno. Pre neki dan je neko rekao da mu je samo ASL pruzila pomoc i ukrcala ga na drugi let, proveri slobodno.
      Kao drugo- potpuno si u pravu u vezi sa tim sto ne odgovaraju na zahteve i prituzbe. I sam sam cekao 2 meseca da bi mi odgovorili. Ali, budimo realni, nije najgora aviokompanija na svetu zbog toga. Ima jos mnogo stvari koje treba da se usavrsavaju. Putnik, od koga aviokompanija na neki nacin i zavisi, apsolutno ima pravo da se zali ako nesto nije ucinjeno dobro. Verujem da ce ASL uskoro resiti probleme tipa zanemarivanja putnika koji su izgubili let zbog kasnjenja. To je zaista nedopustivo. Ali sto se tice produkta, i ostalih usluga tokom leta, moram zaista reci da su medju najboljim aviokompanijama kojima sam leteo, posebno biznis klasa.
      Secas se da je bilo problema sa kasnjenjima u pocetku? Secas se da je bilo mnogo gubljenja prtljaga?
      Sada je to svedeno na minimum. Veoma mali broj kasnjenja, stvar sa prtljagom je donekle resena... Rade na tome da postanu ozbiljna i profesionalna aviokompanija. U svakom slucaju mnogo su bolji nego sto je bio JAT.
      A sto se tice komentara na FB-u, ima ih koji su lazi. Znam nekoliko bivsih Jatovaca koji su cisto tako pisali gluposti o tome kako im je prtljag otputovao kod pingvina na Antarktik i nije im vracen 6-7 meseci (ne bukvalno ovo, ali slicne gluposti).
      Uglavnom, ASL uopste nije losa aviokompanija. Nista posebno, ali poprilicno bolje nego sto je bilo. Kao sto sam vec rekao, stvari ce se vremenom poboljsati.

      BG, neide to baš tako. Ako imaš brdo letova oko 6 sati, a imaju jer tada dolazi val u Beograd i tada se chekiraju oni koji idu u 2. valu prema jugu i istoku, a ako pritom još i imaš code-share na nestabilnom partneru onda ti služba odnosa sa putnicima mora raditi od 5 sati. Ljudi koji su problema imali kupili su kartu kod JU, ne kod JA.

      Nemjee poanta cijele priče je

      1. Putnicima se ništa nije reklo
      2. Nakon sat vremena neki su željeli van
      3. Posada ih nije mogla kontrolirati
      4. Postali su nasilini
      5. Air Serbia je pozvala policiju da ordinira
      ...da posada nije ignorirala putnike nebi bilo ni nasilja ni potrebe za policijom.

      Kao i svaki puta u sluačju incidenata koji su navedeni. Samo ignoriranje i neprofesionalnost rezultirali su neudogdnosti i negodovanja.

    23. Не, то није točno. Познајем супервизора а и још неке људе који су тада радили те тачно знам шта се дешавало на том несрећном лету.

      Као прво, проблем је настао неких пола сата пошто су укрцали путнике у ваздухоплов. Један од примитиваца је приметио механичара како се мува око авиона (што је иначе нормално) и почео је да смара посаду и да шири стрес по авиону. Наравно како је време пролазило он је постајао све гласнији а и прикупио је банду истомишљеника те су почели да захтевају да се врате у зграду аеродрома. Наравно због прописа и процедура много је лакше не пуштати путнике натраг у зграду посебно зато што није било великог квара... ако се оно може и назвати кваром.

      Наравно, пошто се радило о примитивцима са врхова црногорских планина, постојала је могућност физичког контакта те је полиција позвана само као мера предострожности. Сем ако не очекујеш од посаде да се рва са црногорцима како би их неутрализовала и приковала за седиште.

      Наравно на крају примитивци су изгурали своје и због њих неколико цео авион је морао бити искрцан иако није било потребе.
      Исто бих хтео да додам да велики део путника није желео да напусти авион и није се слагао са наметнутом одлуком. Дакле, овде се не ради о одлуци свих путника, већ само од врло гласне мањине.

      Иако Ер Србија не награђује своје запослене, посада на том лету као и супервизор су се фантастично понели у овој ситуацији. Њима иде свака похвала.

      Ако већ тражиш кривца, онда окриви пилота што је дао зелено светло да се пуштају путници у авион иако све није било како треба. Тај авион је био у ротацији те је овај проблем је сигурно већ био примећен на претходном лету.

      Наравно, ту је и оперативни центар кој је знао да је кренуло укрцавање а да је пилот затражио помоћ механичара.

      Но добро... најлакше је окривити посаду или земаљско особље.
      Ја нисам fan-boy Ер Србије али треба бити разуман и треба их похвалити када су то заслужили... посебно земаљско особље које ради као у руднику а све то за мале паре.

      Даље нећу одговарати јер мислим да сам све јасно написао. Свака даље дискусија је сувишна.

    Edelweiss announced 5 weekly ZRHSPU flights in high Summer season. Can that be? At least this mornings travel inside newsletter says so.... quite an increase over the single flight they stared with some years back

    btw JP is not happy at all with the new LX presence in LJU. Somehow i hve the feeling that LX just pushes forward in ex YU with no consideration on previous or Star Alliance cooperations.
    ZRHLJU has a good JP schedule coverage with up to 3 daily flights. JP also managed to get ZRH to their 2nd most important network destination and this in less than 20 years.
    JP feeds LX with over 30000 passengers a year on the route, out of the almost 100K who fly the route. Now LX pops in with a strange schedule, having 4 different dep times during the week. Somehow difficult to understand their move. Probly they hope to overtake JP 311 slot once JP shuts down that flight....
    Anyone knows more on this?

  7. So if I got it right, the plane will arrive in the morning and will return to Podgorica in the afternoon. Will they have some flights in between or will they just park it for hours like they do with their Tivat-Belgrade-Tivat flights during the winter months?

      e majke ti, pa jel može netko da bude toliko prepotentan. A da prije srednju školu završiš, pa fakultet, pa ako ga i završiš (daće bog) tamo negde sa 25 godina malo budeš stažo i bez plate da nosiš okolo kafe direktorima, i tek za koju godinu od toga da razmišljaš o nekom referentskom mestu. Sine direktorska mesta se ne dele na vašaru, čak ni u Crnoj Gori neće dete od 15 godina da postane direktor.

      Nisam mislio da sa 17 God budem Direktor nego kazem vise bi se trudio da firma postane profitabilna. Jeste Gospodja je dosla posteno do svog polozaja i ja mogu bez ikakvih problema tako da dodjem do posla u R Srpskoj ili Srbiji .Bolje da daju da rade strucnjaci nego svako da vodi Aviokompaniju.

      Ma ti si bolestan i jedini ovdje opsjednut upravo tom kompanijom. Zbog te opsjednutosti mrziš sve ostalo. Jednakom mržnjom pišeš i o Lufthansi i o Croatiji i o Adriji i o Montenegru...

      Kao mlad čovijek morao biti biti više svjetski orjentiran, ne bi smio poznavati mržnju posebno što živiš u sredini koju mrziš. Mislio sam da su takvi izumrli 1945, a rudimenti 1995. No ti si upravo primjer kako bi i opet planulo među našim narodima jer ima bolesnika kao što si ti.

    O.T. It is becoming apparent by now that Serbia US bilateral is not moving ahead very quickly as last update was published almost 2 months ago on Nov 28. There is still time left to get everything done in time to launch flights late this year but with less margin for delays.

    There is almost no info available on alternatives in case new bilateral does not go through at all (or on time).

    It is unclear if Etihad/Air Serbia are committed to long-haul if there is no new bilateral. Even a brief outline of alternative destinations and start dates communicated from official JU/EY sources would be a reassuring sign of commitment. Without commitment, it might start to look like ASL could give up on long haul plans if they don’t get new bilateral. Ball is in Air Serbia's court.

      That makes no sense. Ex YU news on Nov 28 said: "The last time a Serbian-based carrier intended to operate flights to the United States was in January 2005 when Jat Airways applied for a permit, using a wet-leased and foreign registered aircraft in order to avoid bureaucratic issues...The application received support from United Airlines, however, it requested for the United States Department of Transport to limit the permit to 180 days."

      If they already received approval in 2005 why not now? It's not like Kosovo was recognized by Serbia back in 2005. Could Air Serbia just say "**** it, we are going ahead the same way as in 2005"?

      Air Serbia can't afford to sit on a fence for much longer. If flights are not loaded in GDS by Dec 1 for Summer 2016, forget it. There's only 10 months until Dec 1, and a lot to be done.

      Wet lease A330 from Etihad or someone else from alliance and start flying to the US based on old bilateral as was planned in 2005. Buy A330 to start flying to Toronto with own metal. Once State Dept allows new bilateral, buy another A330 and return leased plane.

    Kad sam govorio da OU mora ući u dealove sa lokalnim prijevoznicima i da se mora ubiti da im da više od pukog code-share onda sam prvenstveno mislio na Montenegro i B&H Airlines, ali da se priča dobro razvila moglo se isto napraviti i sa TAROM-om, Air Bulgariom, Aegeanom (Air Serbia je dokaz da su od shit kompanije u samo godinu dana vrlo privlačna code-share komapnija i to ne samo na linijama prema tim prijevoznicima, nego neke kompanije poput TAROM-a, Air Bulgarie, Adrije... stavljaju svoje kodove i na treće destinacije iz Begorada).

    Prednosti za Montenegro:
    - zapošljavanje svoje prevelike flote (probali su svašta od letova iz BEG, nove kompanije u INI, rentanja aviona, prodaja F100 flote i svagdje su dolazili ili na zatvorena vrata lokalne zajednice ili na fijasko)

    - letovi sa 1stop via ZAG koje inače ne bi mogli napraviti bez stopa (ovako neka je 10% putnika P2P, 30% na legu TGD-ZAG-CPH i 30% koji se konektiraju na druge letove via ZAG linija će biti isplativa, dok bi alternativa sa 30% na nonstop do CPH značio ogroman gubitak)

    - prodavali bi karte za CTN i time bi dodatno zaradili

    - ovo je odličan način da se othrvaju udaru Air Serbie

    - devijacije preko ZAG su daleko bolje za TGD i TIV za Zapadnu i Središnju i Sjevernu Europu nego za konekcije via BEG što daje veliku financijsku prednost, a zahtjeva od Air Serbije dodatana financijski napor za dumping koji neće moći trajati dovjeka


    Prednosti za Croatiu:
    - feeder za vlastite letove iz ZAG

    - manji troškovi poslovanja nego kada su imali vlastite letove prvenstveno zato što Montenegro ima niže troškove poslovanja u TGD, nemoraju imati vlastitu prodaju već to radi Montenegro

    - lokalni image što je posebno za Crnogorce jako važno (oni još uvijek radi "nacionalnog ponosa" radije lete sa Montenegrom, samo što nemaju baš mnogo opcija)

    - nove linije iz ZAG gdje imaju daleko manji rizik nego da sami pokreću letove (ako uzmu samo 30% kapaciteta na tim letovima to je tek 30 putnika, što je daleko povoljnije nego da šalju i Q400), a uz to CTN nema mogućnosti vlastite ekspanzije radi restrukturacije

    - privlačenje kompanija na ZAG umjesto da odlaze u BEG (ovime se ne pomaže samo sebi, nego se i smanjuje benefit glavne konkurencije)

      CPH nikako nije dobra opcija
      - CTN ne bi smjela prihvatiti da Montenegro leti na liniji gdje oni imaju code-share sa strateškim partnerom u alijansi, jer je gotovo nevjerovatno da SAS stavi svoj kod na letove Montenegra (a samim time će onemogućiti vlastitu ekspanziju na tu liniju koja je presudna). Te dodatne frekvencije neće moći ući u deal za niz code-share letova iz CPH prema SAD, Skandinaviji i ostalim destinacijama. Na ovim linijama CTN mora sama razvijati i širiti broj frekvencija. Ovo je vrlo pogrešno

      - Montenegro bi trebala letjeti na nekoj liniji koja neide na Star Alliance hub kao što je Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, London...

      - ili još bolje Montenegro bi morala letjeti na liniji koja još ne postoji u mreži a što bi bilo win-win za sve a to su prvenstveno:
      # Prag
      # Milano
      # Dusseldorf
      # Stockholm
      # Oslo
      # Helsinki
      # Bucharest (ovdje je devijacija preko BEG povoljnija nego preko ZAG)
      # Moskva (ova linija je sada vrlo upitna radi financijske i gospodarske krize u Rusiji, ali je potencijalno bila broj 1 za suradnju sa Montenegro, poglavito što je vjerovatno i sama linija TGD-DME postala upitna, pa bi opcija TGD-ZAG-DME bar 3 puta tjedno mogla biti rješenje)
      # St.Petersburg (isto kao i Moskva)
      # Kiev (upitno radi trenutnog rata)
      # Madrid


      3 frekvencije tjedno nisu dostatne:
      - moralo bi biti najmanje 6 tjednih frekvencija (svaki dan osim subote), a što znači dvije linije iz ZAG prema Zapadnoj, Središnjoj i Sjevernoj Europi (to nije nimalo sporno)

      - Croatia i MZLZ trebaju učiniti sve, ali apsolutno sve da ova linija postigne svoj optimom sa 12 tjednih polazaka ljeti (ujutro 123456-, popodne 12345-7) i 4 linije Montenegra iz ZAG (najbolje za nas bi bile PRG, MPX, ARN, DME) i 7 tjednih plazaka zimi (uz uvjet da CTN sama pređe na sustav 2 vala + tek letovi za MUC, FRA, VIE, ZRH, BRU i LHR u 3. valu i konekcije navečer samo na SPU, DBV i SJJ)

      - a kad bi se to postiglo, samo je nebo granica

      Montenegro bi se trebao razvijati po slijedećoj logici

      1. Linije koje imaju tri i više tjednih polazaka raditi nonstop, a to su sada zimi:

      - VIE 3 + 5 OS u code-share
      - ZRH 3
      - LJU 2 + 3 JP u code-share
      - DMO 2 iz TGD i 3 iz TIV
      - FCO 3 + 3 AL u code-share
      - BEG 24 iz TGD i 10 iz TIV

      2. Imati svakodnevne letove za ZAG sa intencijom na 12 tjedno i sve letove koji nemaju 3 i više frekvencija staviti via ZAG sa 3 tjedna leta, a to su zimi:
      - FRA (sada 2 leta, znači povečanje na 3 via ZAG bilo bi više nego realno, eventualno zadržati 1 nonstop i 2 via ZAG što je isti broj sjedala, ali je frekvencija prihvatljivija)
      - CDG (sada 2 leta, isto kao i FRA)
      - CPH (sada 1 let, tri preko ZAG)
      - neke nove linije (PRG, DUS, HEL, OSL, ARN, MXP, OTP...) sa 3 polazaka via ZAG
      - naravno, ostalim danima postojala bi konekcija za te iste destinacije via ZAG sa mijenjanjem aviona

      3. Nakon što se ispuni 12 letova tjedno iz TGD krenti sa 6 letova iz TIV via ZAG

      4. Istu stvar napraviti sa Adriom preko LJU

      5. Otvoriti redovne linije za tržišta gdje sada lete jednom u dva tjedna ili chartere a koji su južno od Crne Gore i ne pokriva ih Croatia, te ponuditi iz ZAG sa 1 stop via TGD letove na te destinacije i to:

      - Podgorica-Zagreb-Copenhagen-Zagreb-Podgorica-Ankona # noćenje # Ankona-Podgorica-Zagreb-Copenhagen-Zagreb-Podgorica
      - isto tako i za Bari, Brindisi i Napulj, a u budućnosti možda Atena, Grčka, Tunis, Malta, Egipat
      - posade se mogu mijenjati u Podgorici
      - na taj bi se način maksimalno utilizirala popunjenost aviona (dio Podgorica-Zagreb, dio Zagreb-Copenhagen, dio Podgorica-Ankona i ostali, dio Podgorica-Copenhagen sa 1stop, dio Zagreb-Ankona i ostali sa 1stop)

      Ја не видим шта је ту одлично нити видим како ће ово имати било какав утицај на ЈУ.
      Као прво, Ер Србија ће имати 7 дневних полазака из Црне Горе док ће Монтенегро летети за Загреб свега три пута недељно.
      Као друго, између Црне Горе и Загреба и нема баш нешто путника. Да има и даље би летео Кроацијан. Уз то, ЈУ нуди Загреб-Подгорица за свега 177 евра што је сасвим ок и далеко је од дампинга.

      Ова линија ће само повећати губитке Монтенегра и убрзати оно неминовно. Да ситуација буде још гора, ЈУ је додао 4. лет за Тиват што ће додатно отежати Монтенегру да се избори за путнике на једином тржишту које им се исплати током целе године.

      Но добро... живи били па видели.

      Nemjee, nisam ja rekao da će time naštetiti JU, niti da će se broj putnika prema Beogradu smanjiti, ali da je suradnja sa drugim kompanijama (pa i Croatiom, ali ne samo sa njom) jedini način da se odhrvaju Air Serbiji naravno da jest. Isto tako naravno da od toga ništa dok god će se novac trošiti bezveze, dok će biti nepotizma i korumpiranosti, dok će tamo vladati kaotično stanje, dok će na čelu biti nesposobni ljudi, dok se uz ovo ne provedu i ostale krucijalne promjene (i to ne samo u Monenegru nego i u Croatiji). No, da je povezivanje ova dva tržišta dobar odgovor jest. I da je Croatia imala pameti i privukla još neke kompanije iz regije prije Air Serbije (pritom prvenstveno mislim na B&H Airlines i TAROM), te uvela sve druge mjere koje sam naveo u nekom postu prije godinu i pola dana (franšiza na dva od tri aviona Trade aira, letovi partnera u Star Alliance prema ZAG, code-sherovi, 4 ozbiljna vala ljeti i 2+1 zimi, akcije poput karneta letova prema Dalmaciji izvan sezone, uvođenje letova prema Mostaru, refomiranje linija poput BWK-ZAD-ZAG umjesto PUY-ZAD-ZAG...) onda bi situacija bila daleko lakša i dočekala bi se ekpanzija u Hrvatskoj mirnije.

      I kad se ova suradnja obznanila na CAF napisao sam "nažalost prekasno". Nažalost!

      Vjerujem da bi bilo pametno i za BH Airlines da se prikloni CTN. Ako bi sa svoja 2 ATR-a obavljali letove iz Tirane, Nisa, Ohrida, Mostara i Tivta prema Pragu, Becu, Milanu, Rimu, Varsavi i Budimpesti, (sve ovo preko Zagreba).
      Time bi Air Serbia dozivjela ogromni udarac od osovine Zagreb-Sarajevo-Podgorica

      A što da ne? Putnici iz Podgorice sa 1stop do Milana, oni iz Zagreba nonstop. Milano je ogromna destinacija + turisti kojih i u Crnoj Gori i u Zagrebu ima mnogo iz severne Italije. Ni Podgorica ni Zagreba ne mogu da pokrenut tu liniju sami, ali 50% svaki!?!? O još će da bude na tom avionu P2P putnika i onih koji će u Zagreb da se konektuju na druge linije. Ceo koncept uopšte nije glup. Pa i Air Serbia je govorila da će to da ponudi B&H Airlinesu. I tada su svi pljeskali kako je to dobra ideja.

      Zašto ne možeš porediti OU i JU. JU zanemarivo veći broj putnika i samo malo veća flota. Ova prepotencija postaje već legendarna.

      Alitalija ne leti iz Milana za Podgoricu. A koncija je uvijek stvar transfernog vremena, cijene i osobnog afiniteta. Konačno 1stop sa stankom u ZAG od 40 minuta bez izlaska svakako je bolja opcija u startu umjesto konektiranog leta i promjene aviona. Po tvojoj logici onda ni jedna linija iz Podgovrice više nema budućnosti čim je Alitalia omogućila konekciju.

    Tomorrow there are 11 flights out of Podgorica, 6 are to Belgrade, 3 are on JU and 3 are on YM.

    In total YM will operate 6/11 flights out of Podgorica.

    That should pretty much sum how successful this OU-YM deal is going to be.
    Furthermore, this line is tied to connecting passengers and we don't know how long before OU starts cutting their own frequencies as a result of increased competition.
