Adria launches Slovakia charters

Adria Airways has introduced charter flights from Tirana to Slovakia for the summer season. The Slovenian carrier will operate seasonal charters to the ski resort town of Poprad in north-eastern Slovakia with its Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft. The route is being operated in cooperation with local tour operator Travel Albania. Services were launched yesterday and will run once per week during the summer. At 2.356 feet, Poprad Airport has one of the highest elevations in central Europe.
