The Slovenian aircraft maintenance company Adria Airways Tehnika recorded a 45.000 euro net profit and a 31% increase in revenues to 24.4 million euros last year. Its overall tunrover was 25% higher than planned. Adria Tehnika was sold to Poland's Linetech Holding last year. According to its annual report, published last week, the company now has "an owner who supports growth and development, while maintaining the firms key functions in Slovenia and the world". CEO Maksimiljan Pele said, "Last year was very successful for Adria Tehnika. Certain changes and improvements implemented at the end of 2014, as well as new business, allowed us to exceed our initial plans". Sergej Murgelj, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, said the continued financial restructuring and consolidation of its financial resources will make the company financially stable with more growth potential. This year, Adria Tehnika expects a 1% rise in revenues. It recently secured maintenance deals with easyJet and Volotea. It also plans to expand its base maintenance services to Poland.
