Wizz Air to shift Milan - Podgorica flights

NEWS FLASH

Low cost airline Wizz Air will shift its operations on its Bergamo - Podgrodica route to Milan's main international airport - Malpensa - starting September 20. The budget carrier launched flights from Bergamo to the Montenegrin capital two weeks ago. The shift will see minor changes to the departure and arrival times but the route will continue to be maintained twice per week, each Tuesday and Saturday. Further details can be found here. Wizz Air faces no competition on the route. Montenegro Airlines used to operate three weekly flights from Podgorica to Milan Malpensa in 2011 but suspended the service just a month later due to poor loads.
