Serbia and Tunisia ink air agreement

Serbia and Tunisia have signed a new Air Service Agreement in order to better regulate air traffic between their two countries and boost bilateral cooperation. The deal also allows for carriers from each state to codeshare on the others' services. "The air traffic agreement is merely the first step in enhancing collaboration between these two friendly nations, which should also be developed in other fields", the Serbian Minister for Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlović, said. Tunis Air maintains year-round flights between Tunis and Belgrade, as well as seasonal services from Monastir to the Serbian capital. On the other hand, Air Serbia runs charters to Monastir and Enfidha during the summer season. Based on data compiled by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), there were 12.228 seats on sale between the two countries this year.
