NEWS FLASH
Attempts to sell 1.734 Adria Airways crew uniforms has failed after no interest was shown for the garments. The starting price for the clothing items was set at 50.000 euros. Interested parties were also required to make a 5.000 euro deposit and had just over a month to express their interest. The former flag carrier’s administrator is attempting to sell the company’s assets in order to close the bankruptcy procedure. The uniforms on sale were designed in 2008 by Jelena Proković, with the help of Barbara Žnidar and Sašo Radovič. They were manufactured by apparel maker Labod.
Who and for what purpose would need those? I am waiting for one logical explanation.
ReplyDeleteWell it is most important that something is happening ... that is the only purpose of this story!
DeleteMaybe memorabilia for someone who loves Adria? Not saying that it's reasonably priced or that I'd buy it, but I thought that at least someone would be interested...
Deletemaybe to make masks ?!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely shocking. Nobody could have predicted that.
ReplyDeleteI have to say they had one of the best looking uniforms. Their crew members were always sharp looking.
ReplyDeleteIf they would wait until October, they would make really good Halloween costumes!
ReplyDelete...with all respect to my fellow uniform, I still have it!
ReplyDeleteAfter 29 years of service I fill obliged not to sell it. It will stay with me 4ever!
