Austrian logistics and supply chain company cargo-partner plans to open a facility near Zagreb Airport, as part of its strategic investments to strengthen worldwide warehousing capacities. The new facility is planned to open by the end of the year and will provide storage space of 12.000 square metres with an additional 900 square metre mezzanine area. It will feature six van docks, two drive-in doors and a total of 22 truck docks, it will be well equipped for daily pick-up and distribution to and from the airport. The facility will offer modern temperature control, ventilation and fire sprinkler systems. In the last normal year for aviation in 2019, Zagreb Airport handled 12.684 tons of cargo.
