Doubt A320 needs over 4h from MLA to PRN?

Malta and Pristina are in the same time zone, so 4h flt time are not realistic

They probably did it on purpose. Who knows, maybe they expect delays so by scheduling such a long rotation they avoid being liable for any delays. More and more airlines are scheduling ridiculous flight times just because of this.

I think it's because there will be a stop on the way. Maybe they will operate MLA-TIA-PRN.

There isn't a stop. It says on their site when purchasing the ticket - nonstop flight.
