NEWS FLASH
Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport handled 45.660 passengers in November, representing a decrease of 46.8% on the same month during the pre-pandemic 2019. It should be noted that during November 2019, Ljubljana Airport was feeling the full brunt of the collapse of Adria Airways, which had declared bankruptcy in late September of that year. During the January - November period, Ljubljana Airport welcomed 376.672 travellers through its doors, down 77% on 2019. It expects to handle some 900.000 passengers next year, while full recovery to pre-pandemic levels is anticipated in 2025.
