NEWS FLASH
Air Montenegro is scheduling additional flights between Podgorica and Ljubljana over the upcoming May Day holiday due to strong demand. The carrier will run two daily flights between the two capital cities on April 27 and May 2. Air Montenegro has sold out its first of two flights from Ljubljana to Podgorica on April 27, while economy class is sold out on one of the two from Podgorica to Ljubljana on May 2. Seats remain limited on the remaining flights due to high demand. All of the services will be operated by the 116-seat Embraer 195 jet.
Makes sense, LJU is on a roll these days. It's a market in high demand.
ReplyDeleteHardly with 10 scheduled departures today
DeleteAnd less than 40% of 2019 traffic.
DeleteWith green extremists winning in Slovenia yesterday I expect more restrictions on air travel.
DeleteThey are missing an e75-like jet; they could make Lju daily and still would be making profits from the flights; Also Ljubljana has so much demand right now that flights are over-booked daily basis; we aren't talking about 1 or 2 passangers, we are talking about 10 people overbooked on the same flight.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason Ljubljana is booming right now, and airlines didn't expect it. Lot is going daily from next month, LH upgrading the flights and Paris is fully booked every day.
You make it sound like LJU is already at pre-pandemic level.
DeleteNot at all, I'm saying that Lju is filling planes which is a good way to get additional flights and recover a bit. Long off 2018 levels
DeleteThey should better keep TGD operating in summer instead of moving it to TIV.
ReplyDeleteWell this is something. Getting better
ReplyDeleteThe only organically growing ex-Yu carrier and in the region as a whole...
ReplyDeleteMontenegro keeps winning !
LJU is on fire
ReplyDeleteIt really is lol
DeleteBravo Ljubljana!
