DeleteGreat! Maybe they add London too
ReplyDeleteBournemouth makes more sense to be honest. They have limited options when traveling abroad so Ohrid could thrive.
DeleteMakes sense. Brits exploring Ohrid and also many Macedonians with Bulgarian IDs in the UK especially Manchester and Liverpool.
ReplyDeleteNice one. Tui UK added Ohrid last minute in their program this summer using Wizz' flights from Luton. Good to see theyre adding a new proper service
ReplyDeleteOHD beat SKP in geting a second UK destination :)
ReplyDeleteStrangely Wizz has no Doncaster/Liverpool flights to exyu
Apparently Liverpool to Tirana was a failure so sadly can’t see Skopje working either - wish it would though!
Deletepointless comparison. Every market is different
DeleteYes, in the sense that the demand between TIA and the UK is many times larger than the demand between SKP and the UK.
Deletewow nice !! hopefully Ohrid gets more new routes next year
ReplyDeleteFantastic news but the prices are horrific, like most TUI flights, and so far no package holiday options. £330 one way versus approx £150 return for Tivat or Croatia makes it very uncompetitive. Will watch with interest
ReplyDeleteI think main purpose is to sell the flight tickets in packages. I live in Netherlands and we also have TUI flights from AMS to OHD but never heard any Macedonian diaspora making use of these flights even though there are many from Ohrid here in the Netherlands.
DeleteExactly the sole purpose is selling packages
DeleteAnd there are package options.
DeleteAny link to these packages as I’m not seeing any
DeleteOpa, bravo Sarajevo. Keep on like this. All the best from Podgorica:-)
ReplyDeleteWrong article buddy
DeleteThis is great news! UK market is such an untapped opportunity for OHD which now gets a chance.
