NEWS FLASH
Low cost carrier Eurowings will place its flight numbers and designator code on Smartwings’ daily seasonal flights between Prague and Split as of next month (flight numbers EW3012/3013). Eurowings has its own base in Prague and will look to expand the codeshare with Smartwings in the near-future. Tickets for the codeshare flights will be available for purchase through Eurowings’ website shortly. “The cooperation between Eurowings and Smartwings strengthens our position at our European base in Prague and enables us to offer our customers even more travel options from the Czech Republic. Our partnership with Smartwings, which is well established in the Czech domestic market, reinforces our pan-European growth strategy”, Eurowings’ CEO, Jens Bischof, said.
