Over 1.000 people applied for Air Serbia’s latest call for cabin crew, exceeding the previous record set in February by 25%. Over 220 shortlisted candidates were screened over the weekend, undergoing testing. “The fact that job vacancies at the Serbian national carrier garner so much interest gives us the opportunity to select the best candidates, who will contribute to the airline’s success during the forthcoming summer season, which begins in March 2024”, the airline said.

DeleteIs there a way to find out how many people apply for each airline?
ReplyDeleteWhere is that guy N.... that often claims how people do not want to work for JU and how they have no people interested in those positions? JU offers decent pay and benifits and that is why there is lots of interest.
ReplyDeleteIf you see company with frequent or constant job vacancies for the same positions, just don't go there.
Delete^ certainly. There are airlines with 13 routes so they don't need to hire many people, while there are others that add new routes and flights frequently and need additional staff to support that growth.
DeleteOne thing one they hire is yes because they are growing. Other thing is that sometimes people who dont even know how hard this job is decide to go and become a flight attendant and then they realise that this job is not for them and they quit and pay back the cost of the training, so the airline needs to hire new ones. This is happening in Wizz Air at least at Skopje base.
DeleteAnonymous14:26 and what company is horing crew so often beside LH , KLM and wizz? JU does not hire often, however they are one of the very few company to offer soo many new destinations and increase frequency.
DeleteAs opposed to?
