Turkish Airlines will deploy its Airbus A330-200 aircraft between Istanbul and Ljubljana this week. The carrier will utilise its 250-seat A330-200 jet, featuring eighteen seats in business class and the remaining 232 in economy, on its morning Ljubljana rotation this Thursday, April 25. The carrier had initially scheduled an A321 aircraft for the service. The one-off upgrade corresponds with the start of the school holidays in Slovenia. Last minute equipment swaps remain possible.

Congratulations to LJU! Your recovery is going as planned and there is next to nothing that can stop this process now. Haters will hate as they always do but reality is something entirely different.

DeleteYes but if you look at recent numbers they are getting much, much MUCH better than before. So recovery has begun, now we just have to wait for it to complete.

DeleteThere were plans for a few years now that WB flies to many, many destinations...they did not realize, but I believe mutti LH would be proud of eine kleine company to fly very very far destination from very very Fraport LJU airport...
DeleteTK can’t use their old-fashioned wide-bodies in long-haul routes but utilizing them nicely for short European trips. But still TK business on these A330’s are disaster compared to Air Canada 787 pods.
ReplyDeleteActually it’s not a disaster at all. If you look at practicality, the leg (feets) space is much more generous on these old fashioned seats than on nice little cocoons, including Qataries q suite.

ReplyDeleteThe A330-200 was scheduled to operate the flight. If you actually read the news flash, it states that last minute equipment swaps are possible, which occurred on this occasion.
