NEWS FLASH
Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has called for the launch of nonstop flights between Sofia and Sarajevo. This initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen economic, cultural, and political ties between the two nations. According to Mr Radev, by establishing flights between the two countries, Bulgaria aims to boost tourism, trade, and business opportunities with Bosnia and Herzegovina, making travel between the two countries more convenient and efficient. There have never been scheduled flights between the two capitals. Based on indirect traffic flow, Sofia is just outside of Sarajevo’s top fifteen busiest unserved cities in Europe, however traffic volumes remain modest.
That won`t work.
ReplyDeleteMaybe. I do live in Sofia and if they open a direct flight, I would like to visit. My recent car trip to Montenegro gave me some trauma (plus a small one to my car).

DeleteAgreed.
its a fantastic idea, but as the sofia is not even top 15 of eu unserved routes it seems like a wasted idea.
DeleteSarajevo and Sofia have more important destinations to look at.
