Air France celebrated twenty years of service to Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport last week. Over the past two decades, more than one million passengers have travelled on the route. Ildiko McPartlin-Kiss, Air France - KLM’s Regional Sales Director, said, “It is a great pleasure to see Air France well-established in Slovenia, trusted by both local and international travellers for twenty years”, while Babett Stapel, the CEO of airport operator Fraport Slovenija, added, “Fraport Slovenija is grateful for the strong partnership with Air France and pleased with the route’s success. Paris is now one of the most popular destinations from Ljubljana Airport”. During the first three quarters of the year, 76.108 passengers flew between Ljubljana and Paris. The figure is down 6.8% on last year, mainly due to a reduction in flights by Air France. Over the past few years, the low cost subsidiary of the Air France - KLM group, Transavia, has also maintained seasonal operations between Ljubljana and Paris Orly. This winter season, Air France will maintain a daily rotation between the two capitals.
Congratulations! Hopefully they return to 2022 capacity one day
ReplyDeleteWould be nice to have back two daily rotations especially those early morning flights. As an airline they offer a very good product, their only problem is that connecting at CGD is probably the worst in Europe.
