NEWS FLASH
Air Montenegro has announced a transition to a new vendor for its booking system aimed at enhancing the passenger experience with improved features. The upgrade process is expected to continue until March 29, 2025. During this transition period, passengers are advised of a temporary limitation in booking round-trip tickets. Specifically, travellers cannot purchase round-trip tickets for flights departing before March 29 and returning after this date. Instead, customers must book two one-way tickets.
WorldTicket has been Air Montenegro’s booking system provider up until now. The airline has not revealed which new vendor it selected in a tender held over a year ago. The new provider is expected to enable the carrier to introduce online check-in, interlining with other airlines and the ability for passengers to purchase tickets for connecting flights.
What a joke
ReplyDeleteConnecting flights and interlines are a nice addition, way past due as well
ReplyDeleteI hope that the summer timetable is not final, beacuse if it is...oh boy

Whilst i am aware that this is no error on you part, WorldTicket, via Go2 and Travelport actually already offers interlining services to airlines using their systems, along with connections and even a rudimentary frequent flyer progam. Not having any of these, and the rammifications of this situation, are exclusively the fault of MNE
This is bizarre.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that the new booking provider is Hitit https://hitit.com/. The booking system seems to already be migrated - at least partially.
ReplyDeleteWhat an excellent system choice hahahaha
DeleteFinally!
ReplyDeleteThat's a move to the right direction.
