Air Montenegro migrates to Hitit PSS

Air Montenegro has migrated to the Turkish-based Hitit Passenger Service System (PSS), enabling it to introduce a number of new ancillaries during the booking process and improve its internet booking engine, agency and call center portal, and e-ticket hub, as well as departure control systems. The five-year deal is aimed at increasing Air Montenegro’s passenger numbers and growing revenue. As a result, the three flag carriers in the former Yugoslavia now all use different PSS providers. Air Serbia utilises US-based Sabre, while Croatia Airlines employs Europe-based Amadeus.

Hitit CEO, Nevra Onursal Karaagac, said, “Our Passenger Service System at Hitit is an invaluable piece of software, built on the foundation of our successes in the loyalty sector - with new technologies added layer by layer.
