Air Serbia has rolled out its new-look website this evening following several months of testing. The refreshed webpage provides enhanced passenger support, an interactive damage/compensation claims module, a flight monitor tool, travel alerts, as well as a standalone corporate website, separating those wishing to simply purchase a ticket from those seeking more information on the airline, news and job opportunities. The website has been adjusted for handheld devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers. You can view it here. Commenting on the developments, Air Serbia's CEO, Dane Kondić, said, “We are delighted to launch the revamped Air Serbia website, which has been built from the ground up to provide our guests with better online functionality and convenience. Currently more than 30% of visitors access our website though a mobile device and that number is on the increase, reflecting the growing importance of mobile as a key sales channel in the travel industry. With the new website it is now possible to book seats with Air Serbia in only three short steps, check and take advantage of our latest promotions right on the homepage and monitor the status of our flights". He added, "We have also streamlined the navigation menus so that visitors to the website have the latest Air Serbia travel, product and service information right at their fingertips. As a regional leader when it comes to aviation technology and having recently launched our Wi-Fly inflight internet service as well as online check-in, Air Serbia will continue to place a strong focus on technological innovation to provide a best in class travel experience”.
