Livery of the week: Cathay Dragon

Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific rebranded its subsidiary Dragonair into Cathay Dragon last month. As a result, the livery has been redesigned to align Cathay Dragon more closely with Cathay Pacific. Visual signals, such as the use of the brushwing on the tails of both airlines, convey more clearly the partnership between the two. The iconic Dragonair symbol is retained in the design towards the front of the aircraft.

  1. Better than the normal Cathay Pacific livery in my opinion.
