Sun Country Airlines' colourful and easily recognisable livery was introduced in 2001 with minor tweaks thereafter. The full-service airline's colour scheme reflects its main area of business - flying Minnesotans to warmer destinations during the winter months. Therefore, its livery includes a sun on a blue background symbolising the summer skies. The forward fuselage of its aircraft feature a print of a compass with the Sun Country logo inside it.
