If they want Adria to stationate one aircraft there, they must collect 3 mio. euros. If so, Adria would fly to six destinations already next summer. But anyway we can see some great work at MBX already.

the best it would be that this found would get a part of the touristic tax that should Change from fixed Price to 3-5% of the overnight Price! and a part of the Money could be collected from municipality taxes even buses and later on Trains that stop direct at the Airport could surcharge for that Service 1 eur as this is a fact at Airport Barajas... and there are many possible ways how to do it and collect it realistically.

Since Fraport bought LJU they do not care much about Adria but they even charge them higher fees. Therefore MBX is great alternative for Adria. If adria leaves LJU Fraport can easily get other airlines to fly there.

Since Fraport is the owner of LJU the airport got already connections with Swiss to Zürich (to compete Adria) and next year LOT to Warshaw (another competitor to Adria) and we can except many more. This can only be bad for adria. Furthermore fees for Adria are no longer lower at LJU against other airlines. Therefore MBX can be very consicerable alternative for Adria.

Simply, Adria was sleeping all this years on benefits of state owned airport LJU, and now this period is finished, hopefully!
Fraport will open doors to others airlines to fly to LJU, and Adria will suffer by competition, which is normal. MBX is only suitable for summer charter flights to Greece, Turkey. You must be kidding If you think that Adria can have regular flights from MBX. Even now Southend connection is low LF.
Mostly people from stajerska region (Maribor) are flying from ZAG, because It's closer than LJU, and more flight.
3 mil. eur is huge money nad can be invested more wisely, than financing a project which is from beginning doomed to fail. I understand, that this things have more political connotations, than economical.

LF on MBX-SEN is at least 80%. Route is profitable already. If AA continoues this way (low prices)people, who normally fly from GRZ, ZAG, LJU would go to MBX to fly cheaper.

Flying from ZAG is not our preffered way...... non Schengen procedures twice when flying to western Europe.

This things what Anzur propose are clear socialistic, City of Maribor and their taxpayers will finance fund with whom they will pay costs to Adria for aicraft and crew to be stationed at MBX?
I was laughing when I read this.
I don't imagine how Maribor can afford this, because financial situaton in Municipality of Maribor is very bad, and even now when AA is flying to Southend, load factor is very low and not profitable for AA.

Load factor is at least 80%. How bad is that?
